The standard package is similar to changing the oil in your car, it will increase the life of your computer and make it run faster in most cases.
If you are surfer, you don't use the computer for anything but surfing the internet and don't know much about maintianing a computer it is recommended that you get the standard package every 4-6 months. If you are writer, the only thing you do on the computer is word processing and don't use the Internet on a regular basis it is recommened that you get the standard pacage every year.
If you are a communicator, you send lots of email, use blogs and other pages to communicate with others it is recommended that you get the standard package every 2-4 months.
If you keep your anti-virus software up to date and use some sort of anti spy ware program you can go much longer between "tune ups." The best way to know when it's time for a tune is when you start to notice that you computer is running slower or you start to see a lot more pop ups.

I will provide support on any computer problem that you come up with, but there will be some problems that I won't have the equipment or knowledge to help with. In these rare occasions I will will recommend another source.
